3.      SENATOR ILYAS AHMED BILOUR, Chairman, Standing Committee on Commerce, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for reconstitution of the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design, Lahore [The Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design Bill, 2010], be condoned till today.

 

REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE - PRESENTATION OF:

 

4.      SENATOR ILYAS AHMED BILOUR, Chairman, Standing Committee on Commerce, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for reconstitution of the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design, Lahore [The Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design Bill, 2010].

5.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to introduce a Bill further to amend the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2011].

6.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to implement the International Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States [The Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

7.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to implement the International Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States [The Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Bill, 2010] be passed.

 

8.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

9.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2010] be passed.
