(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Mir Wali Muhammad Badini on the alleged submission of fake development schemes by unknown person on his behalf, be condoned till today.

7.      MIAN RAZA RABBANI, Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, to lay before the Senate the report on activities of Implementation Commission constituted under Article 270AA of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan pertaining to the period 4th May, 2010, to 5th April, 2011.

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

 

8.      MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the requirement of sub-rule (2) of rule 87 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, may be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee.

 

9.      MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

10.    MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2010], be passed.

11.    Further discussion on the following Motion moved by Syed Nayyer Hussain Bokhari, Leader of the House, on 31st March, 2011:-
