sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of
Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the
Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Muhammad Azam Khan Swati on
the non availability of water in one of the bathrooms of club class of PIA
flight PK 211 on Islamabad-Dubai sector operated on 28th May, 2011,
due to sheer negligence of PIA authorities, be condoned till today.

Procedure and Privileges, to present report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion
moved by Senator Muhammad Azam Khan Swati on the non availability of water in

sector operated on 28th May, 2011, due to sheer negligence of PIA
authorities.

Production, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of
Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in
presentation of report of the Committee on the subject matter of starred
question No.63, asked on 7th April, 2010, regarding the current
operational routes of ATR 42 aircrafts maintained by Pakistan International
Airlines (PIA), be condoned till today.

AHMED MUKHTAR, Minister for Defence, to move that the Bill to give effect in Pakistan to the
Conventions concerning international carriage by air known as the Montreal
Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by
Air 1999 and consolidate the law and applicable international conventions in
relation to international carriage by air [The Carriage by Air Bill, 2011], as passed by the National Assembly,
be taken into consideration.
