3.      SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under              sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by the then Senator Muhammad Azam Khan Swati regarding the forged passport and ID card carrying his picture used by unknown person for import of car, be condoned till today.

 

 

REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON RULES OF PROCEDURE AND PRIVILEGES - PRESENTATION OF:

5.      MR. MUSTAFA NAWAZ KHOKHAR, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Human Rights, to move that the Bill to provide for establishment of a National Human Rights Commission [The National Commission for Human Rights Bill, 2011], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
 
6.      MR. MUSTAFA NAWAZ KHOKHAR, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Human Rights, to move that the Bill to provide for establishment of a National Human Rights Commission [The National Commission for Human Rights Bill, 2011] be passed.

7.      SENATORS PROF. KHURSHID AHMED, PROF. MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM KHAN AND MST. AFIA ZIA to draw attention of the Minister for Professional and Technical Training to a matter of sufficient public importance regarding reported increase in the rate of illiteracy.
